BOOK A GUIDED FISHING TRIP

Notes on Booking a Trip:

1. Guests may request a date and session for a guided fishing trip by clicking on the calendar date (if available) and then filling out the form under the calendar.

2. The calendar will display available sessions for a given day; 5-hour morning session and 5-hour afternoon session, or all day (8 hours). The start and ending times will vary depending on the season, length of daylight, and activity periods of the fish.

3. Once the available date is selected and the form is filled out and sent, an email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your booking request. The requested trip will be listed on the calendar as “pending” until Kid Krappie confirms the booking.

4. We require a $75 deposit for all trips paid via PAYPAL or other methods of cash payment as noted in the booking acknowledgement email. When you fill out the trip booking form and click “send”, a PayPal button will pop up; and you can use that button to pay the $75 deposit via PayPal. If you prefer to use a different online cash payment method, just ignore the PayPal button and follow the instructions provided in the booking acknowledgement email you will receive from us.

5. Once the deposit is received and the requested trip is approved by us, a “confirmation” (or “approved”) email containing our direct contact info and more trip-related info will be sent to the email address you provided.

6. If your availability changes after you’ve booked a trip, please contact us ASAP. Also, check out our FAQ document that contains much more info.

7. Prior to starting any trip, we require that each adult guest sign and deliver to us a Waiver & Release form.
